1. No Returns on Delivered Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final. Once a gift card has been delivered to the recipient’s email, phone number, or account, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in the case of a verified error.
2. Exchange Due to Incorrect Delivery
If the gift card has not yet been delivered and you notice an error in the recipient details (e.g., wrong email or phone number), please contact us immediately. If the card hasn’t been processed or sent, we may be able to update the details.

3. Invalid or Unredeemable Cards
If your card is:
- Not delivered
- Delivered but unreadable
- Rejected or invalid during redemption
We will investigate the issue. You may be required to provide:
- A screenshot of the issue
- The gift card code
- Proof of purchase or transaction reference
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement card or credit your account.
4. Exchange Not Available for Redeemed Cards
Once a card has been successfully redeemed—either by you or the recipient—it cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Processing Time for Complaints
All complaints are reviewed within 24–48 hours. We aim to resolve verified issues promptly and ensure fairness to all customers.
